• Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and message content uploaded to the platform. By using our service, you grant Chatverto the right to process, transmit, and store this data solely for service delivery.

5. Message Delivery

While we strive to ensure reliable message delivery via the WhatsApp Business API, we do not guarantee delivery due to dependencies on Meta’s infrastructure, network availability, or recipient device behavior.

6. Fees and Billing

Certain features of the platform may incur usage-based or subscription fees. All applicable charges will be clearly communicated. Failure to complete payments may result in service suspension.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms or applicable laws are violated.

8. Modifications

Chatverto may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
